1. Services

Emergency Plumber Exeter offers drain unblocking, CCTV surveys, drain jetting, and emergency callouts across Exeter and surrounding areas.

2. Quotations and Pricing

All quotes are free. The price we quote is fixed for the work agreed. However, any extra work outside that scope gets its own quote before we start.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due once the work is done, unless we agree otherwise. Also, we accept cash, card, and bank transfer.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel a booking at any time before the engineer arrives. However, for booked appointments, please give at least 24 hours' notice where you can.

5. Warranty

All work by Emergency Plumber Exeter comes with a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with the work, contact us within 7 days. Then we'll come back to sort it out.

6. Liability

We are fully insured for public liability. We limit our liability to the value of the work we carry out. In addition, we are not liable for damage that already existed, or damage that other parties cause.

7. Access Requirements

You must make sure we can reach the drainage system. For example, please clear any blocked access points. If access is limited, or conditions differ from your description, extra charges may apply.

8. Health and Safety

Our engineers follow strict health and safety rules. Also, please tell us about any hazards at your property before we arrive.
