Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect and why we need it. We have kept it plain on purpose. However, if anything is unclear, please ask us through the online form and we will explain.

1. Information We Collect

When you use our services or contact us, we may collect the following information. For example, we need your postcode so that we can check your address is in our service area.

• Name and contact details (phone, email, address)
• Information about your drainage issue
• Property location and postcode
• Payment information when you use our services

2. How We Use Your Information

We only use your details for reasons connected to your enquiry. Because most requests are urgent, we use them to reply quickly. In particular, we use your information to:

• Send appointment confirmations and reminders
• Improve our services
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Storage and Security

We store your data safely, using standard encryption. In addition, we limit who can see it to the people who need it to deal with your request. We only keep it as long as we need it, to run our service and meet the law.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. However, we may share it with trusted providers who help us run our service. For example, an engineer needs your address to attend a job. These providers must keep your data private too.

5. Your Rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights over your data. Also, you can use them at any time and at no cost. You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
